Do you offer a money-back policy?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days from the order date, we will provide a full refund. Please refer to our refund policy

How do I download the trial version?

Click on the ‘Trial’ links available on any product display. If you are logged in then this will immediately trigger a download. Otherwise, provide your email address to create an account and the download will begin. Remember to use your account to activate the plugin.
Note: Downloads for all products are also available in the ‘Plugin downloads’ section on the ‘My account’ page.

When I purchase a product, how do I download the plugin?

After payment, the plugin download links are provided in the confirmation email sent. Or, simply view an order on the ‘My Account’ page.

How do I activate my purchased plugin?

Download the plugin as described above and then enter your account details to activate the plugin. If you have previously activated a trial, then you will be prompted to re-enter your account details once the trial has expired.

I purchased a plugin, however, I never received a password. What do I do?

Logout of the website using the link provided in your account area and then reset your password using the ‘Reset password’ link in the main menu. This will allow you to reset your password and you can then use this to unlock the plugin. Note: Free plugins do not require password activation.

Is offline activation available?

No, license protection is only by online activation (challenge/response) and requires an internet connection to do this. After activation, the license will remain active on that machine even if there is no internet.

What plugin formats are available?

64-bit plugins for Mac OS and Windows. Mac OS formats include AAX, AU and VST3. Windows formats include AAX and VST3.

What DAWs are supported?

The plugins have been tested in most popular DAWs including Logic Pro X, Studio One, Cubase, Reaper, Mixbus, Cakewalk, Ableton Live, Adobe Audition and Protools 11 up.

Plugins are not showing in my DAW on Windows

Install the latest windows c++ redistributable package which can be obtained from 64-bit Windows c++ Redistributable

‘Windows protected your PC’ message appears. What do I do?

Click the ‘More Info’ link and then click the ‘Run Anyway’ button.
